“I love it. Use it every day for work. Thin freezer packs keeps my lunches and snacks cold for 5 hrs. I bought the extra larger model so I can pickup and pack other bulky items on my way into work like a bag of chips and cookies. Fits everything, So I I’m not carrying multiple bags into work. Big side pocket holds a lot stuff as well. I do not use the long strap, just big handle on top and it seems to carry the full weight well. If you decide to use the long strap, the strap D hooks can get into the way of sliding items into the mesh pockets.”
